Even it fits my drill and charger, they changed the battery pack. So there is no 3 contacts, but only two side ones. (the third towards the center battery which is on my battery packs 691034 is missing on this one).
This means that my battery charger 690507 can not (will not) charge the battery pack.
That is it.
If you are more electronics savvy, i looked inside the battery what was actually changed. There is just totaly same inside (even exactly the same NICD batteries) with one exception - from minus pole there is a connection to the third above mentioned pole via some piece of small unidentified electronic device (condensator or resistor probably). So i took one from my expired battery pack and made it in about 15 minutes with my solder. It works now. I guess manufacturer wants you to buy new charger or the whole thing..... They have to eat i guess.
